Andrzej Fidyk is a documentary director. He documents reality using devices familiar to a typical director. He goes around the world, showcasing the unknown, and other cultures and traditions for his viewers. “Calcutta’s Moviegoers” is a film about India’s love for its native cinema. Fidyk shows the culture of India, and the rituals of the country by observing Indians, their behaviour, and their approach to tradition. In his research, he is an “anthropologist” with a camera.

Die Autorin schildert eine allgemein gehaltene Darstellung des Poetikbegriffs und stellt prüfende Erwägungen über künstlerische Vollkommenheit des poetischen Filmes an. Es wird auch von ihr das Phänomen des poetischen Kinos charakterisiert, das man in der Filmtheorie mit künstlerischer Verlautbarung, Subjektivierung und dem „Glauben an Bild” assoziiert. Die im Artikel angestellte theoretische Reflexion wird durch die Wahl der Konzeptionen in bezug auf das poetische Kino von angesehenen polnischen Filmforschern erhellt.

Die im Artikel gefassten Erwägungen nehmen als Ausgangspunkt neue Erscheinungen auf. Sie beziehen sich sowohl auf die traditionelle Kultur als auch auf die riesige Entwicklung der Kommunikationsmittel. Dieses Phänomen soll man in Sicht der in Massenmedien bestehenden Stilistik untersuchen und bei Betrachtung des kommunikativen Erfolgs aufiassen wie folgt: Erwerb der Zuschauer, klare Ansprache, attraktive Übermittlung - der Empfänger d a rf nicht vom kommunikativen Prozess ausgeschlossen sein. Die grösste Aufmerksamkeit widmet man dem Fernsehen, in erster Linie aber dem Zureden durch Vermittlungsmittel im Fernsehen. Diese Präsentation ist jedoch systemlos, nicht ganzheitlich und unzureichend. Es stellt sich die Erscheinung des Zuredens im polnischen Fernsehen ein, die die Konkurenz der Fernsehender cinbeziehl. Die Stationen kämpfen um den Empfänger im allgemeiner, aber auch streben nach dem Gewinn der Zuschauer, betreffs des gegebenen Fernsehsenders. Das Phänomen wird auf die typischen Einzelfälle beschränkt. Es geht vor allem um Eindringlichkeit der Werbung oder den persnasiv unterhaltenden Charakter der Programme z.B. Relity shov, Femschquiz, sitcom.

Im Artikel stellt man die Bedeutung der Computerspiele zeitgenössisch sowohl in audiovisueller Kultur als auch schulischer Erziehung dar. Die Autorin beschäftigt sich mit der Beschreibung von Textdeterminanten (Charakteristik der Textstrukturen) und hebt ihre Eigentümlichkeit nämlich Interaktivität hervor. Neben thematischer Klassifikation der Computerspiele schildert sie Spiele, die in schulischer Bildung und dem Selbststudium von Spielbenutzern didaktisch funktionalisieren können.

The article relates to the use of rhetoric in documentary film. Pathos is one of many ways of creating a persuasive documentary. According to Andrzej Fidyk, modern documentary film must be attractive to the viewer, otherwise, nobody will watch it. Hence the director decided to use persuasive elements in his film. Pathos is a tool for arousing strong feelings in the viewer. The source of those feelings is the presentation of power and concentration camps in the form of a musical extravaganza.

The autobiographical documentary has a number of elements which resemble those of a reality show. Such documentaries can be considered to be young directors’ responses to this TV genre and its celebration of voyeurism. The purpose of this article is to outline the similarities and differences between these two genres. The article consists of four parts: the first discusses the essence of the autobiographical documentary, the second focuses on the reality show, the third analyses the movie Moje dwadzieścia okrążeń by Łukasz Konopa, and the fourth is a summary of the considerations made in the text.
