L'opinion de Plekhanow sur le développement socials emble évoluer pendant deux phases: populiste et marxiste. Pendant la première période, Plekhanow étant l'un des idéologues de la Division Noire, concevait le marxisme comme l'ensemble de lois économiques régissant une nation avec „une nécessité de Ier", l’ensemble qui res te cependant hors de la société et dans la sphère duquel la société entre spontanément par son évolution économique. L'évolution d’idées de Plekhanowvers le marxisme a eu lieu après son départ pour la Russie. C’est l'étude approfondie de soeuvres de Karl Marx et de Frédéric Engels qui l’amène vers les positions marxistes. En tant qu’un marxis te mûri, il traite la théorie de Marx et d’Engels somme la théorie totale du développement de la nature et de la société, cependant il traite le matérialisme historique en tant que la théorie globale concernant le développement social. Le matérialisme historique est pour lui une théorie scientifique, mais surtout une méthodologie pour l’étu de du développement social.

The article analysed increased risk of local flooding as a result of reducing the fl ow capacity of ditches. The subject matter is important because of the possibility of reducing the effi ciency of agricultural crops as a result of malfunctioning of midfi eld ditches. The methodology was based on the fundamental equations describing the hydraulic parameters of water fl ow in the river. In order to reduce undesirable phenomenon the authors propose to perform regular maintenance, pointing to the economic justifi cation of the costs incurred related to improving the fl ow capacity of flume.

W artykule przeanalizowano wzrost zagrożenia lokalnymi podtopieniami w wyniku zmniejszenia przepustowości rowów. Tematyka ta jest istotna ze względu na możliwe zmniejszenie efektywności upraw rolniczych w wyniku nieprawidłowego działania rowów śródpolnych. Metodyka bazowała na podstawowych równaniach opisujących parametry hydrauliczne przepływu wody w rzece. W celu ograniczenia niepożądanego zjawiska autorzy proponują wykonywanie regularnych prac konserwacyjnych, wskazując na ekonomiczne uzasadnienie kosztów związanych z poprawą przepustowości koryt.
