The objective of the article was to analyse the interaction between economic potential of farms and farmers’ activity on Rural Development Program. The choice of RDP measures among farmers was analysed on the basis of the synthetic coefficient of economic potential of their farms. In order to gather information from farmers questionnaires were held in two administrative units (powiat) characterised by different agricultural structures.

W związku z dużą aktywnością rolników w ubieganiu się o przyznanie pomocy w ramach działań zawartych w PROW 2004-2006 podjęto próbę zbadania zależności pomiędzy potencjałem ekonomicznym gospodarstwa, określonym na podstawie syntetycznego miernika a instrumentami wsparcia w gospodarstwach z celowo wybranych powiatów o rolnictwie ekstensywnym i niskim stopniu powiązania z rynkiem (powiat czarnkowsko- trzcianecki) oraz o rolnictwie intensywnym i wysokim stopniu powiązania z rynkiem (powiat krotoszyński).

Kondycja finansowa gmin wiejskich i miejsko-wiejskich województwa pomorskiego

The aim of the article was to classify the rural and urban-rural communes of the Pomorskie Voivodeship according to their financial condition. To classify the communes the synthetic coefficient based on simple indicators (total revenue per capita, the share of own revenue in the total budget revenue, the share of investment expenditures in the total budgets expenditures, UE funds per capita and the operating result of budget per capita) was used. Five classes were received, from the class with the highest level of financial condition to the class with the lowest level of financial condition. The highest values of simple indicators were observed in the communes with the highest level of financial condition.

Celem artykułu było zbadanie kondycji finansowej gmin wiejskich i miejsko-wiejskich województwa pomorskiego w latach 2007-2009. Poziom kondycji finansowej gmin wyznaczono metodą wskaźnika syntetycznego na podstawie następujących cech prostych: dochody ogółem na jednego mieszkańca, udział dochodów własnych w dochodach ogółem, udział wydatków majątkowych w wydatkach ogółem, środki z budżetu Unii Europejskiej na jednego mieszkańca, wynik operacyjny na jednego mieszkańca. Do obliczeń wykorzystano dane Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego (Bank Danych Lokalnych).
