Introduction. The brain responds to metabolic disorders with a limited array of symptoms and signs. The brain has enormous needs in terms of substrate and blood flow. Aim. This paper presents a case report reporting episode of stroke. Description of the case. The incidence of cerebral vascular episodes in the form of strokes, transient episodes of cerebral ischemia is reported. Conclusion.
