Celem artykułu jest przegląd badań literaturowych w zakresie stosowanych wzorców kontroli zarządczej w zarządzaniu ryzykiem w relacjach wewnątrz łańcucha dostaw.

The nature and complexity of the relationships in the supply chain means that individual participants in the chain are exposed to risk in transactions from both suppliers and customers. This creates a need for specific management control mechanisms to manage such risks. The aim of the article is to review the research literature in the field of management control practices used in risk management in relationships within the supply chain.
