The subject of this study is the issue of introducing the penalization of an act under Article 233 § 4a of the Penal Code into the legal order. The work contains comments on the motives for the amendment, the interpretation of the analyzed provision and the broader context of the functioning of the regulation in the context of the criminal law system.

Praca zawiera uwagi co do motywów nowelizacji, wykładni analizowanego przepisu oraz szerszego kontekstu funkcjonowania regulacji na tle systemu prawa karnego.
