This study presents the results of research in the field of forensic handwritten documents in testamentary cases. The research focused on evaluating the effectiveness of methods used in scribal analysis and how to detect document forgeries. The results indicate that scribal opinions are crucial in litigation regarding the authenticity of documents. The paper also identifies the main challenges and limitations of scribal research. The research underscores the importance of thorough analysis in detecting counterfeiting and points to the high quality of opinions issued by experts. Ultimately, the study provides a starting point for further research into the effectiveness of forensic methods of document analysis.

Niniejsze opracowanie prezentuje wyniki badań z zakresu kryminalistycznej ekspertyzy dokumentów sporządzonych pismem ręcznym w sprawach testamentowych. Badania skupiły się na ocenie skuteczności metod stosowanych w analizach pismoznawczych oraz sposobach wykrycia fałszerstw dokumentów. Wyniki wskazują, że opinie pismoznawcze są kluczowe w procesach sądowych dotyczących autentyczności dokumentów. W pracy zidentyfikowano także główne wyzwania i ograniczenia związane z badaniami pismoznawczymi. Badania podkreślają znaczenie dokładnych analiz w wykrywaniu fałszerstw oraz wskazują na wysoką jakość opinii wydawanych przez biegłych. Ostatecznie opracowanie stanowi punkt wyjścia do dalszych badań nad skutecznością kryminalistycznych metod analizy dokumentów.
