Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu zaprezentowane wpływu jaki może mieć uzależnienie od hazardu na życie rodzinne osoby cierpiącej na to zaburzenie. Podstawowym problemem badawczym jest ustalenie, czy uzależnienie od hazardu może być przyczyną rozwodu a w dalszej części odpowiedzi na pytanie czy hazard może być przyczyną rozpadu pożycia małżeńskiego stron. Omówienie tego zagadnienia wymaga ustalenia tego, co to jest uzależnienie od hazardu i jaki ma wpływ na rozpad więzi łączących małżonków przez pryzmat ich wzajemnych obowiązków oraz odpowiedzi na zasadnicze pytanie dotyczące orzeczenia rozwodu z winy małżonka z tego powodu.

This article is presented to the impact that can have gambling on family life of a person suffering from this disorder. The basic research problem is to determine whether gambling may be the cause of the divorce and later in response to a question whether gambling can cause disintegration of conjugal party. Discussion of this issue requires a determination of what is gambling addiction which affects the breakdown of ties between spouses through the prism of their mutual responsibilities, and answers to fundamental questions about the divorce of a spouse guilty because of that.
