Zarządzanie sieciami dostaw przez operatorów logistycznych 3pl, llp i 4pl na przykładzie niemieckiej branży chemicznej

The chemical industry is one of the main branches of the global economy processing industry. The beginnings of the development of the chemical industry in the world took place in the second half of the XIX century in the United States and Germany. Currently, these countries together with China are characterized by the fastest pace of development of the chemical industry in the world from the point of view of international trade, achieving in 2017 the following amounts for: China (EUR 1 293 billion), United States (EUR 465 billion) and Germany (155 billion), (https://www.vci.de). The aim of the article is to present the importance of 3PL, LLP and 4PL companies for the smooth flow of products throughout the entire supply chain of the German chemical industry. The first part of the article presents theoretical issues regarding the characteristics of the concepts of 3PL, LLP and 4PL. In the second part of the article, 14 dimensions of the complexity of the supply chain were analyzed with reference to models of logistics service providers, which in the best possible way will be able to optimize the supply networks of products of the German chemical industry.

Przemysł chemiczny zaliczany jest do głównych gałęzi przemysłu przetwórczego gospodarki światowej. Początki rozwoju przemysłu chemicznego na świecie miały miejsce w II połowie XIX w. w Stanach Zjednoczonych i Niemiec. Obecnie kraje te wraz z Chinami charakteryzują się najszybszym tempem rozwoju przemysłu chemicznego na świecie z punktu widzenia obrotów międzynarodowych, osiągając odpowiednio w 2017 r. następujące wielkości dla: Chin (1 293 mld euro), Stanów Zjednoczonych (465 mld euro) oraz Niemiec (155 mld euro), (https://www.vci.de). Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie znaczenia firm 3PL, LLP oraz 4PL dla sprawnego przepływu produktów na całej długości sieci dostaw niemieckiego przemysłu chemicznego. W pierwszej części artykułu zostały zaprezentowane zagadnienia teoretyczne dotyczące charakterystyki pojęć firm: 3PL, LLP i 4PL. W drugiej części artykułu przeanalizowanych zostało 14 wymiarów złożoności łańcucha dostaw w odniesieniu do modeli dostawców usług logistycznych, które w najlepszy możliwy sposób będą w stanie zoptymalizować sieci dostaw produktów niemieckiej branży chemicznej.
