The text was submitted to the action to be taken by the governing conservative country on the eve of the outbreak of the World War I. The main problem was to reform the electoral law to parliament. Among conservatives prevailed in this case big difference. While Krakow conservatives were in favor of reform and related concessions to the Ukrainians, their East-Galician countrymen have in this case the opposite opinion. The author writes that this issue dominated also the campaign for the national parliament in 1913. The new chamber resumed negotiations on the issue. Finally, just before the outbreak of war reform was adopted. Unfortunately, the relations had already been so strained that the adopted draft has failed to appease them. At the end of his discussion the author concludes that the events of the years 1913–1914 were one of the main reasons that led to the outbreak of bloody Polish-Ukrainian war of 1918–1919.

The article presents the attitude of the conservative movement in Galicia to the Ukrainian question towards the end of Governor Andrzej Potocki’s tenure. It was at that time that the Polish-Ukrainian conflict in Galicia entered a new stage. On the one hand, Ukrainian politicians demanded that the law governing the elections to the Council of State be changed, and on the other, there was no unity in this matter among the conservatives ruling the country. Whereas the Kraków conservatives were in favour of an agreement, their counterparts from East Galicia strove to prevent any concessions to the Ukrainian side being made. According to the present author, all this not only contributed to a worsening of the mutual relations, but also led to the killing of Governor Andrzej Count Potocki. Translated by Anna Kijak

In this article the author has attempted to present the policy of the Galician conservative politicians towards the Ukrainian question between 1908 and 1911. The text emphasizes the deepening political differences within the conservative camp; the main reason for that were different perceptions of the Ukrainian question. While governor Bobrzyński and his fellow members of the Cracow party wanted to appease the Polish-Ukrainian relations, the majority of their Eastern Galician compatriots, “Podolacy”, were against any concessions to the Ukrainians. Among moot points were: the question of establishing a Ukrainian university, the attitude of Polish factions to the Western Ukrainian Russophile movement, and the reform of the electoral law to the Sejm. The mutual relations deteriorated also, the author argues, due to the nationalistic feeling running high on both sides and reluctance to making any concessions to the other side.

Comparative analysis systems are dedicated to maintenance specific types of different (heterogeneous) data and methods. Throughout the integration technology implementation those systems are capable to achieve that goal. What's more the system is fully alterable and can be adjust to the most sophisticated needs. That kind of ontology based solutions were presented in the article.

The author of the article discusses the policy pursued by Galician conservatives with regard to the Ukrainian question in the second stage of Governor Bobrzyński’s rule. The first democratic elections to the Viennese parliament were asuccess for the parties supporting the governor’s policy. Unfortunately, the political situation in Poland was getting worse and worse owing to a growing Polish-Ukrainian conflict. The main points of contention were the question of the founding a Ukrainian university and the question of reform of the Regional Assembly electoral system. Both these issues not only complicated the policy pursued by the governor, but to a large extent they also contributed to his political downfall. Translated by Anna Kijak

The processes of modeling, design and verification of business scenarios falls into one of the most difficult areas of analytical systems. In order to simplify the implementation of those processes and introduce brand new business scenarios, it is necessary to access credible, integrated, and historical information. The article presents a data warehouse model, which is equipped with an adaptive mechanisms and servo adjustment methods (changing information needs of the organization) that will power the processes of construction, verification and modeling of business scenarios with the necessary data associated with the current and projected strategy of the organization. In addition, the data warehouse will provide analysts (for the process of creating business scenarios) with highly credible and historical data obtained from previous organization activities. This will help them (through simulation) to assess the expected scenarios impact.
