W artykule przedstawiono rolę, jaką spełnia foresight w generowaniu zmian zarządzania środowiska, w szczególności zasobami wody. Autorzy stosując metodę foresight i analizując wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych metodą Delhi, starają się odpowiedzieć na pytanie, czy zmiany w zarządzaniu zasobami środowiska, pomimo rosnacej świadomości ogólu społeczeństwa co do potrzeby wdrażania zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju, rzeczywiście przekładają się na ich "praktyczną" akceptację.

The paper pictures the role of foresight in generation changes in the Environmental Resources Management and in particular in the Water Resources Management. The authors employ the foresight method and analyze the results of the Delphi survey in order to define whether the changes in the Environmental Resources Management, despite the growing social awareness of the need for the employment of the rules of sustainable development, do translate into their factuial acceptance.
