Artykuł jest zaproszeniem do dyskusji dotyczącej stworzenia w Polsce systemu ustawicznego kształcenia w diagnozie psychologicznej. Postulat takiego kształcenia zawarty jest w szeregu dokumentów regulujących praktykę diagnostyczną, w tym w zasadach otrzymywania Europejskiego Dyplomu Psychologa (EuroPsy). W Polsce natomiast brakuje odpowiedniego spójnego i powszechnego systemu kształcenia i weryfikowania kompetencji diagnostycznych, obecnie samo ukończenie studiów psychologicznych jest wystarczające, by móc korzystać ze wszystkich dostępnych narzędzi diagnostycznych. Badania nad kształceniem psychologów sugerują, że edukacja ustawiczna wraz z nabywaniem doświadczenia jest najlepszą drogą rozwoju kompetencji diagnostycznych psychologa. W tym kontekście w artykule zarysowanych jest szereg kwestii - oraz wyprowadzonych z nich pytań - dotyczących organizacji takiego systemu w Polsce.

The article is an invitation to a discussion on creating a continuing education system in the field of psychological assessment in Poland. This kind of learning is recommended in numerous documents relating to assessment practice, including the rules of obtaining EuroPsy - the European Certificate in Psychology. There is no coherent and commonly accessible system of learning and verifying assessment competencies in Poland. A degree in psychology alone is enough to be allowed to use all the assessment tools available. Research on the education of psychologists suggests that continuing education combined with clinical practice is the best way of developing assessment competencies. In this context, the article addresses a number of problems - and questions derived from them - that focus on the task of organizing such a system in Poland.

Artykuł stanowi podsumowanie dyskusji dotyczącej ustawicznego kształcenia w obszarze diagnozy psychologicznej, do której zaproszeniem był tekst Filipiak i współautorów, opublikowany na łamach Roczników Psychologicznych (18(2015), nr 2, s. 157-169). W artykule omawiane są kwestie dotyczące definiowania diagnozy jako usługi vs kompetencji, umiejscowienia formalnych regulacji w zakresie kształcenia na poziomie polskim vs europejskim, treści nauczania oraz organizacji kształcenia w szerszym kontekście roli zawodowej psychologa, a także problem kształcenia w diagnostyce nie tylko psychologów. Autorzy, opisując własne stanowisko wobec omawianych wątków, formułują postulaty dotyczące: (1) systemowych rozwiązań w zakresie kształcenia ustawicznego w obszarze diagnozy psychologicznej, (2) potrzeby rozwijania badań weryfikujących użyteczność określonych form nauczania kompetencji diagnostycznych oraz (3) konieczności promowania kultury współpracy między psychologami praktykami a akademikami.

The paper summarizes the discussion on continuing education in psychological assessment to which the lead article by Filipiak et al., published in Roczniki Psychologiczne (18(2015), No 2, 171-183 pp.), was an invitation. The issues discussed concern the definition of assessment as a service vs. competency, the placement of formal regulations on education at the Polish vs. European level, the contents of education, and the organization of education in the broader context of the psychologist's professional role, as well as the problem of education in assessment, not only for psychologists. Presenting their stance on the issues discussed, the authors formulate recommendations concerning: (a) systemic solutions for continuing education in psychological assessment, (b) the need to pursue research verifying the usefulness of particular forms of teaching assessment competencies, and (c) the need for promoting the culture of cooperation between practicing and academic psychologists.
