Przytoczona jest treść instytucji wolności sumienia i wyznania oraz definicja funkcjonariusza publicznego, a następnie praktyka orzecznicza, która wydaje się niewystarczająca wobec obecnych wyzwań, w szczególności na tle innych krajów europejskich.

The article discusses the constitutional and statutory regulations on freedom of conscience and religion of public officials. Quoted is the meaning of freedom of conscience and religion and a definition of a public official, and practice of adjudication, which seems to be insufficient facing current challenges, particularly in comparison to other European countries.
