W pracy dokonano analizy kosztów logistyki w przedsiębiorstwach rolniczych w ujęciu procesualnym. Celem badań było zidentyfikowanie tych działań procesowych, w których optymalizowanie kosztów logistyki może wpłynąć na realizację strategicznych celów zrównoważonego rozwoju. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań ustalono wiele wskaźników kosztów logistyki dla przedsiębiorstw rolniczych, a także wykazano zróżnicowanie w tychże kosztach w zależności od rozłogu i stosowanych technologii.

The analysis of logistics costs in agricultural enterprises in process aspect was carried out in the paper. The aim of the research was to identify those process activities, in which the optimization of logistics costs can influence the realization of strategic aims of sustainable development. As a result of the research, some indexes of logistics costs for agricultural enterprises were estimated. Also, the differences among the costs, depending on the area shape and used technologies, were shown in the paper.

A comparative analysis of changes in the level of energy inputs in crop production in selected farms in 2001, 2009 and 2010 was presented in the paper. The analysis indicates a wide variation of energy inputs in the particular farms. In the research period the level of such inputs per 1 ha of cereal production did not changed (although, in the case of different types of cereals, the inputs were changing from –20% to +48%), while in the case of sugar beet, the inputs were decreased even more than 50%. In the case of energy inputs calculated per 1 ton of crops, the index was growing up from 6% (grassland), through 27-32% (cereals and potatoes) to 68% (sugar beet). There was one exception – corn silage – where the index grew up.

W pracy została przedstawiona analiza komparatywna zmian w poziomie nakładów energetycznych w produkcji roślinnej w wybranych gospodarstwach rolnych w latach 2001, 2009 i 2010. Analiza wskazuje na duże zróżnicowanie nakładów energetycznych w poszczególnych gospodarstwach. W badanym okresie poziom tych nakładów na 1 ha w produkcji zbóż nie uległ zmianie (choć w przypadku poszczególnych gatunków zbóż nakłady zmieniły się od –20% do +48%), podczas gdy w przypadku buraków cukrowych nakłady te spadły nawet o ponad 50%. Po przeliczeniu nakładów energetycznych na 1 tonę zebranych płodów rolnych nakłady energetyczne – z wyjątkiem kukurydzy kiszonkowej – spadły w ciągu 9 lat od 6% (łąki) do 27-32% (zboża i ziemniaki), a w przypadku buraków cukrowych aż o 68%.

The study comprised research, development and computer programming works concerning the development of a concept for the IT tool to be used in the identifica-tion and analysis of logistics costs in agricultural enterprises in terms of the process-based approach. As a result of research and programming work an overall functional and IT concept of software was developed for the identification and analysis of logistics costs for agricultural enterprises.

Przeprowadzono prace badawcze, rozwojowe i programistyczne dotyczące opracowania koncepcji narzędzia informatycznego, służącego do identyfikacji i analizy kosztów logistyki w przedsiębiorstwach rolnych w ujęciu procesualnym. W wyniku tych prac stworzono ogólną koncepcję funkcjonalno-informatyczną oprogramowania, przeznaczonego do identyfikacji i analizy kosztów logistyki dla przedsiębiorstw rolnych.
