The article is a reconstruction and critical analysis of Michel Henry’s position on the body and corporeality, as expressed in the text Incarnation. A Philosophy of Flesh. The first part is devoted to Henry’s methodological postulates, while the second part analyzes their application to the subject of the body and corporeality. The third part contains conclusions and an attempt to point out the problematic points of the theory.

Artykuł stanowi rekonstrukcję oraz krytyczną analizę stanowiska Michela Henry’ego na temat ciała oraz cielesności, wyrażoną w tekście Wcielenie. Filozofia ciała. Część pierwsza poświęcona jest postulatom metodologicznym Henry’ego, w części drugiej przeanalizowana została ich aplikacja do tematu ciała oraz cielesności. Część trzecia zawiera konkluzje oraz próbę wskazania problematycznych punktów teorii.
