W interesie społecznym jest, aby jednostki sektora finansów publicznych ciągle poprawiały i podnosiły efektywność realizowanych zadań publicznych. Problematyka zamówień publicznych może być rozważana i badana w rozmaitych aspektach. Jednym z nich jest wpływ możliwości tworzenia konsorcjów w trybie przewidzianym przez Ustawę o zamówieniach publicznych na aktywizację sektora MŚP w obszarze rynku tychże zamówień. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie miejsca konsorcjum w systemie zamówień publicznych.

It is for the public interest that entities of the public finance sector constantly improve and raise the efficiency of public tasks performed. The issue of the public procurement may be considered and studied in various aspects. One of them is the impact of the possibility of the consortia formation according to the Act on Public Procurement towards SMEs elicitation within the market those procurements. The purpose of this article is to present the place of a consortium in the public procurement system.

Pracownicy banków zarządzają pieniędzmi klientów. Mają dostęp do różnorodnych dokumentów i danych wrażliwych. Ale prawdziwym kapitałem, jaki posiadają banki, jest latami budowane zaufanie klientów. Pracownicy systemu kontroli wewnętrznej i audytu wewnętrznego stoją na straży tego zaufania – istotne jest, by byli dobrze przygotowani do realizacji powierzanych im zadań.

Banks staff have access to variety of documents, clients sensitive date and they managing of client money. But their customer trust is a the real capital that banks have. Employees of the internal control system and the internal audit uphold that trust. It is important – they have been well prepared to fulfill their tasks.
