Findings: The analysis shows that teal management – based on self-organization – may prove to be an opportunity for companies to adapt to changing circumstances. The teal organization concept is a true revolution in modern management, as it rejects all systems and previously immutable rules of the business world. The subject requires further empirical research. Purpose: The article is a review aimed at presenting the concept of and available knowledge on teal organizations and at indicating further research objectives. Methodology: Research methods employed in the study included a systematic review of the literature, along with its critical analysis and logical deduction. Research limitations: Limitations apply to both the concept of teal organizations itself and the literature review. Since the teal organization concept was established in 2015, there is a lack of reviews and scientific studies or in-depth empirical research on this topic. Thus, the articles included in the review do not exhaust the issue. Implications: The issues discussed in the article require further scientific research, primarily empirical. The said research should cover various aspects, such as building a culture of trust and self-organization, leadership (3.0), management through values, and new management methods. Value: This is the first publication in this field that falls within this research gap. This study constitutes a significant contribution to the development of research on the concept of teal organizations.

This paper presents a new paradigm of cooperative societies and the major changes that have occurred in the cooperative sector in Poland and abroad over the past 10 years. In addition, a discussion of the current challenges facing cooperatives. Development is a review. The data source was literature in the field of cooperatives and the report and the report prepared by experts from the National Cooperative Council. Analysis of the data indicates that the analyzed years, the number of cooperatives in Poland decreased by 2 361 entities. Change is the role of cooperatives – from a purely economic liability to the owners to multi-threaded, which owes its existence to various stakeholders. The world and European cooperatives noticeable are the two phenomena are: the concentration of their own potential and the creation of cooperatives in new areas of social and economic life.

The answer to the needs of organizations faced with changes of environment and new requirements of the market is talent management-an approach based on the wealth of talent and effectively implementing the objectives of the organization employees. The article attempts to identify the role of culture in the process of talent management. A concept has been adopted that organizational culture has an effect on both the formation and the use of practical talent management system. The data source was literature in the field of talent management and test report on the Polish and foreign markets. Analysis of the data indicates that in the case of companies that want to compete in domestic and international markets, noticing the cultural dimension in management is the first step in the right direction. Currently, the key of success is considered talented employees who are both a source of activities of strategic importance to the organization and the determinant of competitiveness in the knowledge economy.

Odpowiedzią na potrzeby organizacji zmagających się ze zmiennością otoczenia i nowymi wymogami rynku jest zarządzanie talentami – podejście oparte na potencjale utalentowanych i efektywnie realizujących cele organizacji pracowników. Artykuł podejmuje próbę wskazania roli kultury organizacyjnej w procesie zarządzania talentami. Przyjęto tezę, iż kultura organizacyjna ma wpływ, zarówno na tworzenie, jak i wykorzystanie praktyczne systemu zarządzania talentami. Źródłem danych była literatura z zakresu zarządzania talentami oraz raport z badań przeprowadzonych na rynku polskim i zagranicznym. Analiza danych wskazuje, że w przypadku firm, które chcą konkurować na rynkach krajowych i międzynarodowych, dostrzeżenie wymiaru kulturowego w zarządzaniu jest pierwszym krokiem we właściwym kierunku. Obecnie za klucz sukcesu uznaje się utalentowanych pracowników, którzy są zarówno źródłem działań o strategicznym znaczeniu dla organizacji, jak i wyznacznikiem konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw w gospodarce opartej na wiedzy.

Food production is an important area of economy, especially in Mazowsze, which is the leader in the production of fruit and vegetables, milk or poultry. The sector of food processing requires developed technologies and the Innovation Cluster in Agricultural Business is a good example of the transfer of scientific achievements directly to enterprises. In the article one presents the way of cooperation between science and enterprises in the agricultural-food sector on the example of the Innovation Cluster in Agricultural Business. The following hypothesis was applied: cooperation in clusters brings positive effects to the entities functioning within their structures, which, ultimately, leads to the increase in their innovativeness and competitiveness. Data analysis indicates that the effect of cooperation between Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and companies in the agricultural-food sector is the Internet platform, which is a source of information regarding innovation in agricultural business. It enables the entrepreneurs gathered in the cluster to use the five innovative services made available through the network free of charge.

Produkcja żywności to ważny obszar gospodarki, zwłaszcza na Mazowszu, które jest liderem w produkcji owoców i warzyw, mleka czy drobiu. Sektor przetwórstwa spożywczego wymaga rozwiniętych technologii, a Klaster Innowacji w Agrobiznesie to dobry przykład transferu osiągnięć naukowych bezpośrednio do przedsiębiorstw. W artykule zaprezentowano sposób współpracy nauki z przedsiębiorstwami sektora rolnospożywczego na przykładzie Klastra Innowacji w Agrobiznesie. Przyjęto następują hipotezę: współpraca w klastrach przynosi pozytywne efekty podmiotom funkcjonującym w ich strukturach, co w ostateczności prowadzi do wzrostu ich innowacyjności i konkurencyjności. Efektem współpracy SGGW i firm z sektora rolno-spożywczego jest platforma internetowa, która jest źródłem informacji o innowacjach w agrobiznesie. Umożliwia ona przedsiębiorcom skupionym w klastrze bezpłatne korzystanie z pięciu nowatorskich usług udostępnianych za pośrednictwem sieci.
