The author summarizes major findings of the research project and puts forward the package of suggestions concerning legalization of unregistered forms of economic activity covering both legal and administrative and economic measures that take into account diversified sensitivity of the variety of labour market actors.
The paper presents some dilemmas we are facing when it comes to unregirestered employment. Quite obviously unregistered employment seems to be better then unemployment, but still it remains unclear if such statement holds regardless to the level of its generality.
