Dodatkowym celem artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie czynników konkurencyjności i jakości usług turystycznych.

The aim of the paper is to find out an answer of the question - what economic solutions and law regulations will stimulate the efficient functioning and development of the Polish health resorts, in conditions of strong competition on the European market of tourist-spa. An additional aim of this work is to identify the drivers of competitiveness and quality of tourist.

Целью статьи есть поиск ответа на вопрос – Какие экономические решения и юридическое регулирование будут стимулировать эффективное функционирование и развитие польских курортов в условиях сильной конкуренции на европейском рынке туристических и курортных услуг. Дополнительной целью работы является идентификация факторов, стимулирующих конкурентоспособность и качество туристических и курортных услуг, предлагаемых клиентам польских курортов.
