The paper presents the essence of understanding the contemporary dynamics of the economic changes in the aspect of trends in innovative processes. The impact of the key market factors determining the success of the change process was identified. An analysis was made of the market share of innovative enterprises from the industry sector and income share of the revenues from the sale of new or improved products included in the total sales revenues. The analysis was performed for enterprises divided according to size of the enterprise defined by the employment volume. Trend analyzes were correlated with operating expenses for the innovative activities in the national economy. The analysis of the mentioned time series also covers the downturn period in the market, identified with the pandemic and military operations in Ukraine.

W pracy zaprezentowano istotę rozumienia współczesnej dynamiki zmian gospodarczych w aspekcie trendów procesów innowacyjnych. Wskazano wpływ czynników decydujących o sukcesie procesów zmian. Dokonano analizy udziału w rynku przedsiębiorstw innowacyjnych z branży przemysłowej oraz udziału przychodów ze sprzedaży produktów nowych lub ulepszonych w przychodach ze sprzedaży ogółem w podziale na wielkość przedsiębiorstwa określoną według poziomu zatrudnienia. Analizy trendów zostały skorelowane z nakładami na działalność innowacyjną w gospodarce narodowej. Analiza wymienionych szeregów czasowych dotyczyła również okresu pogorszenia koniunktury w gospodarce związanego z pandemią oraz działań wojennych na terenie Ukrainy.
