The activities undertaken in the Kujawsko-Pomorski Agricultural Advisory Centre for the promotion of renewable energy sources (OZE) were presented. Data reporting KPODR from the period 2011-2014 was used. The analysis showed that the Centre plays an important role in the region in promoting OZE. Consultants undertook a number of activities to raise awareness of people living in the region to use energy sources that are environmentally friendly. These included: advice, training, conferences and audits on farms. The monthly magazine Wieś Kujawsko-Pomorska and the website of the Centre published articles devoted to this theme. Many of the farmers were interested in information on the possibility of using specific sources of energy (especially in their homes and farms) such as biomass, solar and small wind power plants, and methods of raising funds for their execution.

It presents the activities undertaken in Kujawsko-Pomorski Agricultural Advisory Centre (KPODR) to support farmers in organizing themselves in groups of producers. It used KPODR reporting data from 2011-2015. Analysis showed that the centre plays an important role in the region in helping farmers to organize producer groups. Advisors take a number of actions (including advice, training, conferences, studies, vetting and publishing) also they assist in the preparation of documents for the establishment and registration of groups, making changes in the plan and in investigation plan. It also conducts activities to facilitate the proper functioning of the existing producer groups related to the implementation of the new legislation, assistance in obtaining EU funds and support the ongoing activities of individual groups. KPODR is also promoting the idea of the creation of producer groups.

The activities carried out in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Agricultural Advisory Center were introduced to popularize ecological methods of food production. KPODR reporting data from 2014-2016 were used. An analysis of the activities undertaken, including counseling, training, conferencing information, farmer surveys and studies has shown that the Center has an important role to play in promoting ecological food production. Apart from activities aimed at organic food producers, KPODR also worked out effective methods of convincing consumers. KPODR promotes organic food during fairs, exhibitions and conferences also through mass media. Information and promotion brochures were distributed and competitions for the best organic farm were organized. The competitions targeted at potential consumers were very popular.

The aim of the study was to present advisory activities undertaken within the organizational and economic consulting in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Agricultural Advisory Centre (KPODR) for improving farm management. The sources of information were data collected by KPODR from 2011–2012. The analysis showed that the Centre plays an important role in the region to improve the management of the farms. Advisors take a lot of activities (including advice, training, conferences, studies, audits, visits to farms and Publishing) having a chance to significantly improve the quality of decisions taken at the farm, both current and long-term. Farmers cooperating with the Centre gain knowledge relevant to the current operation of farms, allowing for an assessment of the economic situation and the possibilities for further development of farms and sources of financing for planned investments.

The aim of the study was to provide guidance activities undertaken in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Agricultural Advisory Centre for the transfer of technological innovations to the farms. The data source was KPODR documents from the years 2011-2013. KPODR plays an important role in the region for the transfer of technological innovations to farms. Advisors take a lot of activities (including advice, training, conferences, studies, audits on farms, shows, demonstrations and competitions) which aim in overcoming farmers resistance to changes, introduce them to new production technologies and to convince them to use the solutions on their farms. As a result, farmers of this region gain important knowledge which allowes them to use the innovation actions on their farms.
