The ongoing changes in the world today, practically in all spheres of human life, are reflected in distinct changes of behaviours, hierarchy of values, the way of working, etc., resulting in changes in the way people live. One of the manifestations of different life style is change on such an important field as nutrition, and thus changes in consumer behaviours and eating habits, caused, among others by increasing awareness of nutrition. The paper presents the concept of nutritional awareness and dietary behaviour of consumers and the elements essential for proper evaluation and formulation of these factors. The specified items can be the basis for building knowledge test, which will expand the application range of information about knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition in Poland and their use in nutritional practice of Poles.

W pracy przedstawiono pojęcia świadomości żywieniowej i zachowań żywieniowych konsumentów oraz elementy istotne dla prawidłowej oceny i kształtowania tych czynników. Wyspecyfikowane elementy mogą stanowić podstawę do budowy testu wiedzy, którego zastosowanie poszerzy zasób informacji o znajomości zasad prawidłowego żywienia w Polsce i o ich wykorzystaniu w praktyce żywieniowej Polaków.

Dans le présent article il est indiqué les caracteristiques agricoles de la République de Guinée comme facteur déterminant de son économie. L’analyse concerne les conditions pedo-climatiques de la Guinée, sa situation géographique, demographique, économique, mais aussi les aspects culturels et juridiques de la vie paysanne de ce pays de l’Afrique de l’Ouest. L’accent a été mis également sur les difficultés que rencontre l’agriculture guinéenne tout en soulignant les voies et moyens á suivre pour développer cette agriculture.

W artykule dokonano charakterystyki rolnictwa Republiki Gwinei, jako czynnika aktywizującego gospodarkę tego kraju. Przedmiotem analizy były warunki glebowe i klimatyczne Gwinei, uwarunkowania geograficzne, demograficzne, gospodarcze, a także kulturowe i prawne produkcji rolnej. Zwrócono uwagę na trudności, z jakimi boryka się rolnictwo gwinejskie oraz określono prawdopodobne kierunki jego dalszych przemian.
