The article discusses the theoretical foundations of student safety with particular emphasis on armed conflict. The organisation of the educational process of migrant students in Polish schools in connection with the geopolitical situation in the world and, consequently, the influx of refugees from Ukraine on the territory of Poland is analysed. Providing care and at the same time educational opportunities for students who are citizens of Ukraine has become a necessary task. The primary objective of the research was to analyse and evaluate the course of education of Ukrainian students in Polish schools and to diagnose their difficulties. A diagnostic survey method was applied using a questionnaire survey of own construction

W artykule omówiono teoretyczne podstawy bezpieczeństwa ucznia ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem konfliktu zbrojnego. Poddano analizie organizację procesu kształcenia uczniów z migracji w polskich szkołach w związku z sytuacją geopolityczną na świecie, a w konsekwencji napływem uchodźców z Ukrainy na terytorium Polski. Zapewnienie opieki, a zarazem możliwości kształcenia uczniów będących obywatelami Ukrainy stało się zadaniem koniecznym. Nadrzędnym celem badań była analiza i ocena przebiegu edukacji uczniów ukraińskich w polskich szkołach i diagnoza ich trudności. Zastosowano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego z wykorzystaniem kwestionariusza ankiety własnej konstrukcji.
