The article is devoted to issues related to safety in the school and professional environment. It presents the theoretical aspect of safety and characterizes the issues of safety at school and at work, while taking into account the occurrence/presence of a number of threats to which students and employees may be exposed. The article shows the systematic need to care for safety, leading to more effective learning and work, and thus is a necessary for proper functioning in every living environment.
