The article focuses on the legal international regulations, which are the most important from the perspective of inspecting the observance and the execution of the provisions which filght corruption crime. Three models of institutional solutions were presented focusing on their organisation, the way of functioning and the way of undertaking actions. The writer recognises that the international inspection harmonises the activity of states and allows to organise international cooperation. He also indicates other than inspection and supervisory tasks of international inspection bodies, including their training, informative and popularisation role.

Artykuł koncentruje się na regulacjach prawnomiędzynarodowych najważniejszych z punktu widzenia kontroli przestrzegania i egzekwowania postanowień zwalczających przestępczość korupcyjną. Przedstawiono trzy modele rozwiązań instytucjonalnych, koncentrując się na ich organizacji, sposobie funkcjonowania i podejmowania działań. Autor uznaje, że międzynarodowa kontrola harmonizuje działalność państw i pozwala organizować współpracę międzynarodową. Wskazuje również na inne niż funkcje kontrolno -nadzorcze zadania międzynarodowych organów kontrolnych, w tym na ich rolę szkoleniową, informacyjną oraz upowszechniającą.
