Diagnoza i terapia zaburzeń percepcji słuchowej u 65‑letniej kobiety

The article presents a case study of a 65‑year‑old woman with age‑related hearing loss and auditory processing disorders. The results of diagnosis and training of auditory, visual and motor functions using the assumptions of the Warnke method are discussed. A positive influence of the auditory training using the Warnke method on the linguistic functioning of the patient was demonstrated.

W artykule przedstawiono opis przypadku 65‑letniej kobiety z głuchotą starczą oraz trudnościami w przetwarzaniu słuchowym. Omówiono wyniki diagnozy i treningu funkcji słuchowych, wzrokowych i motorycznych przy zastosowaniu założeń metody Warnkego. Wykazano pozytywny wpływ treningu słuchowego metodą Warnkego na funkcjonowanie językowe pacjentki.

Artykuł dotyczy problematyki niedokształcenia mowy o typie afazji. Stanowi studium przypadku sześcioletniej dziewczynki z zaburzeniami rozwoju mowy i języka. Autorka poddaje ocenie możliwości językowe i komunikacyjne dziecka. Dokonuje szczegółowej charakterystyki jego mowy z odniesieniem do wszystkich podsystemów języka (fonologicznego, morfologicznego, leksykalnego i składniowego). Przedstawiona została również procedura diagnozy oraz propozycja terapii logopedycznej.

The article concerns the problem of speech underdevelopment of aphasic type. It constitutes the case study of 6‑year‑old girl with the developmental disorder of speech and language. The author evaluates the language and communication possibilities of the child. The complex characteristics of child’s speech is conducted with the reference to all subsystems of language (phonological, morphological, lexical and syntactic). The procedure of diagnosis and the proposal of speech therapy were presented.
