Sektor usług informatycznych przeszedł znaczące zmiany w następstwie pandemii COVID-19. W artykule autorka bada dynamikę zmian w sektorze usług informatycznych w wybranych krajach z perspektywy post-COVID-19. Omawia sektor usług informatycznych i jego rosnącą rolę oraz znaczenie w gospodarce światowej, a także w społeczeństwie usługowym, które obecnie się kształtuje. Istniejące badania nie dały jeszcze jednoznacznej odpowiedzi na pytanie, w jaki sposób obecna pandemia może wpłynąć na dynamikę rozwoju i wzrostu w sektorze usług informatycznych. Artykuł ten ma na celu zilustrowanie, w jaki sposób technologia cyfrowa napędza przedsiębiorczość i konkurencyjność w świecie post-COVID-19 poprzez badanie sektora usług programistycznych, konsultingowych i informacyjnych. Podczas badania można było zaobserwować związek między twardymi a miękkimi (wiedzą, zaufaniem) elementami zarządzania. Przedstawione w artykule badania zostały przeprowadzone przy użyciu podejścia Delphi oraz analizy danych źródłowych. Skupiono się na rozwoju usług programistycznych, konsultingowych i informacyjnych w Stanach Zjednoczonych, Wielkiej Brytanii, Nowej Zelandii, Polsce i Grecji, ale dodatkowo skoncentrowano się na prognozach gospodarczych do 2026 r. Studium pokazuje, iż pojawiła się luka w badaniach, która wymaga opracowania bardziej zintegrowanego ramowego podejścia, uwzględniającego wielowarstwowe aspekty zmian i rozwoju w digitalizacji biznesu.

The IT services sector has undergone significant changes in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this article, the author will explore the dynamics of change in the IT services sector in selected countries from a post-COVID-19 perspective. The article discusses the IT services sector and its growing role and significance in the global economy as well as in the service society that is emerging today. This article presents a detailed description of the dynamics at play in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The existing research has not yet given a clear answer to how the current pandemic may affect the dynamics of business development and growth in IT services. This article aims to illustrate how digital technology drives entrepreneurship and competitiveness in a post-COVID-19 world by means of examining IT Programming, Consultancy & Information services sector. During the research a relationship between the hard (things) and the soft (knowledge, trust) elements of management could be observed. The research presented in this article was carried out using the Delphi approach and data analysis of available sources. It focused on the development of IT Programming, Consultancy & Information Services in the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Poland, and Greece, but placed additional focus on economic projections to 2026. This study shows the research gap has emerged which calls for the development of a more unified framework that incorporates multilayered aspects of change and development in business digitalization.
