The article objective is to present the results of survey between Transport and Logistics sector companies which are the members of GS1 Poland. The research concerns a communication channels, types and standards of messages used in electronic communication in Transport and Logistics Sector. Article describes the development direction and trends in different size of companies. Report contains also information of the most frequent problems in electronic communications and recommendations how to minimize them.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników badań przeprowadzonych wśród firm z branży TSL będących uczestnikami systemu GS1 w Polsce. Badanie dotyczy wykorzystywanych kanałów komunikacyjnych, typów oraz stosowanych standardów komunikatów wykorzystywanych przez firmy TSL w komunikacji elektronicznej. Artykuł opisuje kierunki rozwoju oraz trendy zaobserwowane w tym obszarze, z uwzględnieniem podziału na rodzaje usług oraz wielkość przedsiębiorstw. Raport zawiera również informacje o najczęściej występujących problemach w komunikacji elektronicznej i rekomendacje mające na celu minimalizację tych problemów.
