The main objective of this article was to propose a model of standards of innovative behavior within the organization. These include: trust, failure, uncertainty and creativity. Treating them as a system of interdependent factors, correlated with other dimensions of functioning of the organization, such as management style, organizational structure, strategy and management concept. Detailed description of the standards was used to present their specifics and to emphasize the role of the organizational culture in the development of ability of the organization to act innovatively.

Celem głównym artykułu było przedstawienie propozycji modelu norm innowacyjnych zachowań w organizacji. Zaliczono do nich: zaufanie, porażkę, niepewność oraz kreatywność. Traktując je jako układ czynników współzależnych od siebie, a także korelujących z innymi wymiarami funkcjonowania organizacji, takimi jak: styl kierowania, struktura organizacyjna, strategia i koncepcja zarządzania. Opis wyszczególnionych norm posłużył do przedstawienia ich specyfiki oraz podkreślenia roli kultury organizacyjnej w rozwijaniu zdolności organizacji do innowacyjnego działania.

The following article presents Abraham Maslov’s hierarchy of needs theory in a slightly different interpretation from those commonly found in publications on the management field. The analysis of Maslov’s assumptions that is provided in the article has consequently given rise to a conception of diagnosing employees needs in an organization. This, in turn, might be useful in building individualized motivational systems.

The aim of this paper is to present a model of organizational space and to determine the effect of the internal consistency on the effectiveness of the organization. The construct proposed by the authors is a set of factors that determine and form the area of activities and behavior in organizations. This is an attempt at a new approach to the issue of relations between the organization and its near environment from the perspective of forming organizational behavior.
