This article is targeted on the problems of small and mid-size businesses, which can be identified as an important stability factor of the Czech and European economy. Its importance is described from the economic, innovation and employee policy point of view, possible financial supports for development from national and European funds are specified. Operations programs, which are pivotal for supporting business, are analyzed. Effect of Non-Investment Measures upon the Stability of Agricultural Enterprises in the South Bohemian Region

The contribution deals with parametrization of multifunctional potential of enterprises with non-investment measures, including basic subsidy programs applicable in the programming period 2007 – 2013, using a set of agricultural enterprises in the South Bohemian region. Models of non-investment measures have been proposed, including basic subsidy programs, which have been, due to the expected increase of subsidies in 2014 – 2020, increased by coefficients in the interval 1.1 – 1.3. At the same time, we applied degression of the payments in three variants and based on the size category of the agricultural enterprise. The proposed models of non-investment measures investigated changes in solvency or financial health of the agricultural enterprises in 3 production categories typical for the South Bohemian region (mountain type, potato-oats type, potato type).

The documents interprets the results of same selected psychological – diagnostically and incentive attributest of students at the college (psychological types, incentive and aspiration attributes, professions). It is affected by the comparison amity students from Linz and University of South Bohemia, Faculty of Agriculture. Finally the report detects the disparities amity students and show influence on the course of pedagogic process.
