Dostępność piesza i samochodem do terenów zieleni urządzonej w gminie Uniejów

This paper assesses the accessibility of amenity green areas in the municipality of Uniejów by foot and car. The area of residential buildings within 5, 10, and 15 minutes of the green areas is presented. The Database of Topographic Objects (BDOT) and OpenStreetMap (OSM) were employed to obtain the requisite data. The town of Uniejów exhibited the most optimal accessibility on foot and by car to the surveyed green space areas. Conversely, the northern and western parts of the Uniejów municipality exhibited the least optimal accessibility on foot and by car to the managed green areas. These analyses are of great importance, as accessibility to areas of managed greenery plays a pivotal role in the lives of all.

W artykule dokonano oceny dostępności pieszej i samochodem do terenów zieleni urządzonej w gminie Uniejów. Przedstawiono powierzchnię budynków mieszkalnych na obszarach wyznaczonych za pomocą izochron: 0–5 minut, 5–10 minut oraz 10–15 minut od terenów zieleni urządzonej. W tym celu wykorzystano dane pochodzące z Bazy Danych Obiektów Topograficznych (BDOT) oraz OpenStreetMap (OSM). Najlepsza dostępność piesza oraz samochodem do badanych obszarów zieleni urządzonej występuje w mieście Uniejów. Najsłabszą dostępność pieszą i samochodem do terenów zieleni urządzonej mają mieszkańcy północnej i zachodniej części gminy Uniejów. Analizy te są bardzo ważne, ponieważ dostępność do terenów zieleni urządzonej odgrywa kluczową rolę w życiu każdego człowieka.

The aim of the article is to analyse the progress with the development in a historical perspective and to determine its current features in relation to the Prusinowice village. To achieve the adopted goal, camera and field methods were used. The basic tool was an urban inventory conducted in the summer of 2023 and in May 2024. The publication presents a historical outline of the progress with the development in the Prusinowice village, draws attention to the structure of land use, as well as analyses planning documents and the current situation in terms of development.

Celem artykułu jest analiza rozwoju zabudowy w ujęciu historycznym oraz określenie jej obecnych cech w odniesieniu do sołectwa Prusinowice. Do realizacji przyjętego celu wykorzystano metody kameralne oraz terenowe. Podstawowym narzędziem była inwentaryzacja urbanistyczna przeprowadzona w okresie letnim 2023 r. i w maju 2024 r. W publikacji przedstawiono rys historyczny rozwoju zabudowy w sołectwie Prusinowice, zwrócono uwagę na strukturę użytkowania terenów, przeanalizowano dokumenty planistyczne oraz aktualną sytuację pod względem zabudowy.
