The article investigates the problems of communication within the framework of the functioning of the teaching staff of the University. The priority of group work of the teaching staff for the solution of key tasks is emphasized. The conditions of effective organization of work in groups on the basis of optimal distribution and balance of roles are revealed.

Badane są problemy organizacji komunikacji w ramach funkcjonowania kolektywu dydaktycznego uczelni. Podkreśla się znaczenie priorytetowe znaczenie pracy grupowej profesorsko-dydaktycznego zespołu dla rozwiązywania zadań kluczowych. Omawiane są warunki efektywnej organizacji pracy w grupie na podstawie optymalnego podziału i bilansu ról.
