Artykuł porusza kwestię nieprawidłowości i przeszkód w przyjęciu sakramentu święceń. Porównuje ustawodawstwo Kodeksu 17 i Kodeksu 83. Wreszcie, artykuł rozważa przeszkody faktyczne nie wymienione wprost w CIC/1983, którymi mogą być homoseksualność, transseksualność, celiakia, alkoholizm i cenzura.

The article deals with the issue of irregularities and impediments to receiving the sacrament of Holy Orders. It compares the legislation of the 1917 Code and the 1983 Code. Finally, the article considers the factual obstacles not explicitly mentioned in CIC/83, such as homosexuality, transsexuality, celiac disease, alcoholism and censure.

L’articolo affronta la questione delle irregolarità e degli impedimenti a ricevere il sacramento dell’Ordine. Mette a confronto la legislazione del Codice ‘17 e quella del Codice ‘83. Infine, l’articolo considera gli impedimenti di fatto non esplicitamente espressi nel Codice ‘83, come l’omosessualità, la transessualità, la celiachia, l’alcolismo e la censura.
