The development of competences and their recognition is the foundation of the self-creation of modern society and human personality. Members of the public have the opportunity to influence change. Shaping attitudes and behaviors requires acceptance, treating the individual and society in accordance with the expectations. The basic influence on this situation is adaptation, adaptation, rationality and experiencing what is happening around us and in us. The aim of the publication is to highlight important issues concerning competences, precisely key competences, social competences and positive prosperity of people. This issue is very important in the aspect of human development, operation and functioning. The individual's activity influences the improvement in the roles defined by culture and society. Measures to achieve more or less important and time-bound goals bring measurable benefits. Difficulties in the development of people, struggles with their own inability, weakness especially in the individual's mental sphere, in his various activities are dictated by the fragility of the structure of public space, private enterprise, weakness of the family institution, aging society, loneliness, which translates into a small resource and the power of human competence, requiring reinforcement.

Rozwój kompetencji i ich rozpoznawanie jest fundamentem autokreacji współczesnego społeczeństwa i własnej osobowości człowieka. Podstawowy wpływ na tę sytuację mają przystosowanie się, adaptacja, racjonalność i doświadczanie tego, co dzieje się wokół nas i w nas. Celem publikacji jest podkreślenie ważnych kwestii dotyczących kompetencji, dokładnie kompetencji kluczowych, kompetencji społecznych i pozytywnego prosperowania ludzi. Problematyka ta jest bardzo istotna w aspekcie rozwoju, działania i funkcjonowania człowieka. Aktywność jednostki ma wpływ na doskonalenie się w rolach określanych przez kulturę i społeczeństwo. Wymierny pożytek przynoszą działania służące realizacji mniej lub bardziej ważnych i oddalonych w czasie celów. Utrudnienia rozwojowe człowieka, zmagania się z własną niemożnością, słabością szczególnie w sferze psychicznej jednostki, w jego różnych aktywnościach są podyktowane kruchością struktury przestrzeni publicznej, jak i prywatnej przedsiębiorczości, słabością instytucji rodziny, starzejącym się społeczeństwem, osamotnieniem, co przekłada się na mały zasób i siłę kompetencji człowieka, wymagający wzmocnienia.
