W artykule poruszono kwestię problemów finansowania sportu w republice Tadżykistanu. Sport zazwyczaj traktowany jest jako typowa działalność komercyjna, ale istotny jest jej związek z uwarunkowaniami ekonomicznymi. Z drugiej strony istnieją konkretne potrzeby jednostek w zakresie potrzeb społecznych z których wynikają konkretne wymagania ekonomiczne. Pojawia się także kwestia finansowania sportu na szczeblu makro-, jak i mikroekonomicznym.

The article presents the problem of sport financing, based on the case of the republic of Tajikistan. Basically sport is regarded as typically commercial activity, but it is connected with economic conditions. On the other hand, the existing needs of individuals impacts economics demands. Those demands are supposed to be financed on micro and macro level.

Artykuł dotyczy finansowania kultury fizycznej i sportu jako niezbędnego elementu systemu stosunków gospodarczych państwa. Scharakteryzowano źródła finansowania kultury fizycznej i sportu. Dokonano ogólnej charakterystyki finansowania ze środków publicznych, samofinansowania, finansowania przez przedsiębiorstwa i sponsoringu. Zaproponowano również podstawowe formy finansowania kultury fizycznej i sportu.

The article presents the financing of sports and physical education as an essential component of the system of economic relations of the state. It characterizes funding of physical culture and sports. The Author characterized generally public financing, cash flow, financing and sponsoring companies. The article also proposes basic forms of financing physical culture and sport.
