Artykuł omawia jeden z traktatów medycznych, zatytułowany Regimen Sanitatis Medicorum Parisiensium pro tuenda sanitate…, należący do gatunku popularnych w średniowieczu kompendiów medyczno-farmakologicznych, zawierających również porady na temat higieny, zwanych regimina sanitatis. Utwory te nawiązują do tradycji medycyny Hipokratesa i Galena, będąc jednocześnie przykładem medycznej literatury dydaktycznej, pozostającej pod wpływem arabsko-scholastycznej teorii medycyny. Jednym z najbardziej znanych był XII-wieczny Regimen Sanitatis Salernitanum, na którym wzorowali się autorzy innych tego rodzaju dzieł, w tym omawianego tu Regimen Sanitatis Medicorum Parisiensium. Traktat trzykrotnie został wydany w Krakowie w XVI wieku w znanej oficynie Scharffenbergów, wszystkie edycje przygotował znany tłumacz, poeta i wydawca, Franciszek Mymerus. W artykule porównano wydania z 1543 i 1575 roku.

The paper discusses one of medical treatises, entitled Regimen Sanitatis Medicorum Parisiensium pro tuenda sanitate…, representing a kind of popular medieval medico-pharmaceutical compendiums, containing some hygienic advices as well, called regimina sanitatis. The tradition of these treatises was connected with Hippocrates and Galen medicine, having a form of medical didactic literature under the influence of Arabic and scholastic theory of medicine. One of most well-known treatises was Regimen Sanitatis Salernitanum (12th century), an example for latter authors, among others for an author Regimen Sanitatis Medicorum Parisiensium. Three editions of the treatise have been prepared in Kraków during 16th century by famous translator, poet and editor Franciscus Mymerus. In the article two of them have been compared: from 1543 and 1575.
