The current state of formation of incomes and financing of budget expenditure of social and domestic pension funds needs the increasing of revenues of these funds. That can be done by expanding of the base of a single social contribution due to the expenses of citizens to purchase luxury goods, luxury apartments, foreign travel packages, airline tickets, and in the nearest future-tickets to space travel.

Современный порядок формирования доходов и финансирования расходов бюджетов отечественных социально-пенсионных фондов имеет существенные недостатки и требует увеличения доходов указанных фондов, что можно сделать путем расширения базы изымания единого социального взноса за счет расходов граждан на приобретение предметов роскоши, элитного жилья, иностранных туристических путевок, авиабилетов, а в ближайшем будущем – билетов на космические путешествия.
