Optimization of production processes and achieving the expected effects of their implementation is an important aspect in the current management of the company. The implementation of appropriate instruments in the field of optimization of quality processes certainly affects the improvement of production processes in enterprises from the automotive industry and increases their competitiveness. The purpose of this article is therefore to analyze the body and paint repair process in a selected company, including the tools and methods of its optimization.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza procesu naprawy blacharsko-lakierniczej w wybranym przedsiębiorstwie z uwzględnieniem narzędzi i metod jego optymalizacji.
