This article aims to present the functioning of a child with spina bifida in primary school and to introduce the methods used in the pedagogical therapy of a child with this defect. The work contains information on the functioning of a child with RK and motor disability, in various zones of life, as well as selected therapeutic methods for working with such a student.

Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu ukazanie funkcjonowania dziecka z rozszczepem kręgosłupa w szkole podstawowej oraz przybliżenie metod wykorzystywanych w terapii pedagogicznej dziecka obarczonego tą wadą. Praca zawiera informacje na temat funkcjonowania dziecka z rozszczepem kręgosłupa i niepełnosprawnością ruchową, w różnych okresach życia, jak również przedstawiono wybrane metody terapeutyczne do pracy z takim uczniem.
