Zmiany formalnoprawne dotyczące gospodarowania odpadami, mając na celu ochronę naturalnych zasobów przyrodniczych, przyczyniły się do rozprzestrzeniania negatywnych procederów usuwania odpadów. Duże znaczenie pod względem ilości generowania odpadów mają place budowy, na których występuje kilka rodzajów odpadów budowlanych, w tym także odpady niebezpieczne. Sposoby postępowania z tego rodzaju odpadami wskazują wiele uchybień w przestrzeganiu wytycznych ustawodawcy.

Formal and legal changes relating to waste management and aimed at protecting the natural resources have contributed to the spread of negative practices of waste disposal. Construction sites, which have several types of construction waste, including hazardous waste, are of great importance in terms of the amount of waste generation. Ways of dealing with this type of waste indicate many deficiencies in complying with the guidelines of the legislator.
