«Этическая сила» человеческого труда в условиях рыночной экономики в начале XXI века

W tekście omówiona została – w sposób interdyscyplinarny – kategoria «etyczna siła» pracy ludzkiej. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na filozoficzno-pedagogiczne aspekty tego problemu, na przykładzie twórczego dziedzictwa świętego Jana Pawła II i Tadeusza Wacława Nowackiego, twórcy (wraz z Profesorami: Stanisławem Kaczorem i Zygmuntem Wiatrowskim) pedagogiki pracy. Analizie poddano problem solidaryzacji i relacji profesjonalnych w działalności zawodowej na Ukrainie, a także etycznej siły pracy w kontekście wieloaspektowości i wolności człowieka w pracy. Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą podstawowych podejść do kształtowania etycznych cech pracowników w warunkach szkolenia personelu w Japonii i Korei Południowej. Tekst odzwierciedla niektóre aspekty wolontariatu i nauki etyki w szkołach Ukrainy.

In the article the category ‘ethical force’ of human labour has been considered on the basis of inter subject approach. Special attention is paid to philosophical and pedagogical aspects of this issue taking as an example St. John Paul II and Tadeusz Nowacki’s activity, the pedagogy of labour founder (together with Stanislaw Kachur and Zygmunt Wiatrowski). The problem of integration of professional relationships in labour activity in Ukraine has been analyzed as well as ethical force of labour in the context of its complexity and a human’s freedom in labour. The comparative analysis of main approaches to the development of ethics of labour force in Japanese and South Korean companies during on-the-job training has been made. Some aspects of voluntary work and study of ethics in educational establishments in Ukraine has been revealed.

Текст был обсужден – на междисциплинарной основе – категория «нравственную силу» человеческого труда. Особое внимание было уделено философским и педагогических аспектов проблемы, пример творческого наследия Иоанна Павла II и Вацлав Тадеуша Nowacki, основатель (вместе с профессорами: Станиславом Kaczor и Сигизмундом Wiatrowskim) педагогике работы. Мы проанализировали проблему solidaryzacji и профессиональные отношения в профессиональной деятельности в Украине, а также этическую рабочей силы в контексте многомерности и свободы человека на рабочем месте. Проведен сравнительный анализ основных подходов к разработке этических качеств сотрудников в плане подготовки кадров в Японии и Южной Корее. Текст отражает некоторые аспекты добровольчества и преподавания этики в школах Украины.

“New Ukrainian School”: the Present and the View to the Future

The main provisions of the Concept of the new Ukrainian school, peculiarities of the preparatory work for its approval by the Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.988-p of 14.12.2016 On Approving the Concept for the Implementation of State Policy in the Field of General Secondary Education Reform “New Ukrainian School” for the period up to 2029 have been revealed. The components of the Concept, directions, tasks of implementation in accordance with each direction are highlighted. The significance and content of the main competences of the graduate of high school (communication with the state (native in case of difference) and foreign languages, mathematical literacy, competence in natural sciences and technologies, information and digital competence, life skills, social and civil competencies, entrepreneurship, general cultural literacy, environmental literacy and healthy life) have been analyzed. The approaches to the development of a new standard of general secondary education are described. Three main stages of the reform, which will be carried out in 2018-2029 have been described. The attention to the new Law of Ukraine «On Education» (2017) has been drawn.

A retrospective analysis of vocational education development has been made, its role in the formation of human capital shown. The causes of contradictions and shortcomings in training of production personnel due to the imperfection of public policy in this area have been revealed. Subject to the provisions of international instruments and prognostic study of socio-economic strategy of Ukraine the strategic objectives of professional education in Ukraine in the context of European integration processes have been disclosed. The basic directions of scientific research in problems of quality training of personnel have been demonstrated.
