The article is the issue of disciplinary responsibility in a historical perspective. This issue was already developed earlier by Professor Zbigniew Leoński in his book concerning disciplinary responsibility from 1959. So this article is merely a komplement of these findings taking into account the earliest times (antiquity) and the latest (second half of the twentieth century) which professor Z. Leoński did not include or could not have included in his study. In the remaining field the most important findings of professor Z. Leoński were appointed.

The role of territorial self-government in alcoholism and drug control is significant. Municipalities have the widest competence in this sphere. Among the many different rights granted to municipalities, one can distinguish those of a prophylactic, preventive, but also criminal (repressive) nature. The latter are the subject of this article. The role of territorial self-government is not — as a rule — the use of repressive measures, but sometimes they are extremely effective in fighting against such negative phenomena as alcoholism or drug addiction. That is why the article proposes introducing solutions of a criminal nature, which are to help municipalities fight against designer drugs.

Chatboty stają się coraz bardziej rozpowszechnionym rozwiązaniem i zyskują większą akceptację konsumentów. Powoduje to zwiększenie zainteresowania tymi rozwiązaniami firm i badaczy. Mimo zwiększającej się popularności chatbota, wciąż sztuczna inteligencja współczesnych robotów i botów stanowi duże wyzwanie dla naukowców. W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z rozwojem chatbotów oraz praktyczne rozwiązania wynikające z analiz powiązanych z przygotowaniem chatbotów wspomagających użytkownika. Zostały zaprezentowane modele zarówno związane z botami analizującymi wzorce zapytań, jak i korzystające z uczenia maszynowego. Ponadto na przykładzie listy najczęściej zadawanych pytań pokazano, jak można ją wykorzystać w procesie przygotowania chatbota oraz jakie mogą występować zagadnienia związane z technologiami programowania takich rozwiązań. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie podstawowych zagadnień związanych z zastosowaniem i wdrażaniem chatbotów. In this article selected relationships occurring between the sociology of law and disciplinary law were analyzed. They show the convergence and complementarity of interests of both of these areas of law. Research methods developed in the field of sociology of law can be an excellent tool for research on legal nature of disciplinary responsibility and the problems that arise in this area open up new opportunities for the interests of the sociology of law.
