The pandemic period has contributed to numerous changes in our lives, including: in the economic and social areas. And therefore, it has not spared universities. Working in this environment, it is worth taking a look at the opinions of those concerned themselves, i.e. students, how they responded to the new form of hybrid or remote learning. What did the logistics of teaching and work organization look like in these conditions, as well as the effects of learning. Reflections that result from the new situation can be used in other difficult times of university functioning.The surveyed students note a number of positive aspects of online learning, but they are also able to point out the weaknesses of this method, such as "apparent teaching". Remote learning may be another method in certain conditions that will make the methodological or substantive area of higher education institutions more attractive or enriched.

Okres pandemii przyczynił się do licznych zmian w naszym życiu, w tym w obszarze ekonomicznym i społecznym. A co za tym idzie, nie ominął też uczelni wyższych. Pracując w tym środowisku, warto się przyjrzeć opiniom samych zainteresowanych, czyli studentów, jak odnieśli się do nowej formy nauczania hybrydowego czy zdalnego. Jak w tych warunkach wyglądała logistyka nauczania i organizacja pracy oraz efekty uczenia się. Refleksje, które wynikają z nowej sytuacji, mogą być wykorzystane w innych trudnych czasach funkcjonowania uczelni. Badani studenci zauważają szereg pozytywów nauczania on-line, ale też potrafią wytknąć słabe strony tej metody, jak np. „pozorne nauczanie”. Nauczanie zdalne może być kolejną metodą w określonych warunkach, która uatrakcyjni bądź wzbogaci obszar metodyczny i merytoryczny uczelni wyższych.

The educational policy of the City of Raciborz 2027-2022 is a document of local law – Resolution No. XXXI/454/2017 of the Raciborz City Council of August 30, 2017. It includes items such as: directions of educational policy, school network, availability of educational offer, quality of education, care and assistance – equalizing educational opportunities, teaching staff, education management, educational base, equipping schools and institutions with equipment and teaching aids, educational model and standards, structure of education in Raciborz, employees in educational units, subsidies and expenses for educational tasks. The current resolution has a high degree of generality, which allowed for the inclusion of tasks that occurred in society and were not anticipated, such as: pandemic, war in Ukraine or inflation. In times of such dynamic changes and enormous uncertainty, it is worth creating documents that will cover a short period of time with their perspectives. This will increase the level of satisfaction in educational and local environments.

Polityka oświatowa Miasta Racibórz 2017-2022 jest dokumentem prawa miejscowego – Uchwała nr XXXI/454/2017 Rady Miasta Racibórz z dnia 30 sierpnia 2017 r. Zawiera ona w swej treści pozycje takie jak: kierunki polityki oświatowej, sieć szkolna, dostępność oferty edukacyjnej, jakość kształcenia, opieka i pomoc – wyrównywanie szans edukacyjnych, kadra pedagogiczna, zarządzanie oświatą, baza oświatowa, wyposażenie szkół i placówek w sprzęt i pomoce dydaktyczne, model i standardy edukacyjne, struktura raciborskiej oświaty, zatrudnieni w jednostkach oświatowych, subwencja i wydatki na zadania oświatowe. Obecna uchwała ma duży stopień ogólności, to pozwoliło na wpisanie zadań, które zaistniały w społeczeństwie, a nie były przewidywane, takich jak: pandemia, wojna na Ukrainie czy inflacja. W czasach tak dynamicznych zmian, ogromnej nieprzewidywalności, warto tworzyć dokumenty, które będą obejmowały swoimi perspektywami krótki okres czasu. Tym samym zwiększy się stopień satysfakcji w środowiskach oświatowych czy lokalnych.
