Celem artykułu jest próba zdiagnozowania stanu rozwoju systemu profilaktyki zachowań ryzykownych w Ukrainie i ukazanie możliwości wspierania go poprzez partnerstwo polsko-ukraińskie, w ramach współpracy uniwersyteckiej Uniwersytetu Kazimierza Wielkiego w Bydgoszczy i Państwowego Uniwersytetu im. Iwana Franki w Drohobyczu. Artykuł jest pierwszą w Polsce próbą ukazania znaczenia, przebiegu i efektów polsko-ukraińskiej współpracy instytucjonalnej nawiązanej na rzecz rozwoju systemu profilaktyki w Ukrainie. Artykuł rozpoczyna charakterystyka roli Polski w tej współpracy. Dalej podjęto próbę zdiagnozowania rozwoju systemu profilaktyki sporządzoną na podstawie analizy regulacji prawnych i wynikających z nich praktyk społecznych stosowanych w Ukrainie i zwrócono uwagę na potrzeby w zakresie rozwoju systemu profilaktyki. Na końcu zaprezentowano pionierskie działania instytucjonalne na rzecz rozwoju systemu profilaktyki, podjęte w ramach polsko-ukraińskiej współpracy. W artykule zastosowano metodę monograficzną: analizę treści, badanie dokumentów i materiałów.

The aim of the article is to attempt to diagnose the state of development of the risk behavior prevention system in Ukraine and to show the possibilities of supporting it through the Polish-Ukrainian partnership, as part of university cooperation between Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz and the Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University. The article is the first attempt in Poland to show the significance, course and effects of Polish-Ukrainian institutional cooperation established for the development of the prevention system in Ukraine. The article begins with a description of the role of Poland in this cooperation. Further, an attempt was made to diagnose the development of the prevention system based on the analysis of legal regulations and the resulting social practices used in Ukraine, and attention was drawn to the needs for the development of the prevention system. Finally, pioneering institutional activities for the development of the prevention system, undertaken as part of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation are described. The article uses the monographic method: content analysis, examination of documents and materials.
