The aim of the conducted research was to assess quality of seeding value of spring cereals destinated to sowing on private farms of Goworowo county. It has been found that quality of small grains destinated to sowing on private farms of Goworowo county is not satisfactory as 76% of seed samples were disqualified among the 29 examined ones. The main reason of disqualification was foreign impurity.

Celem podjętych badań była ocena jakości materiału siewnego zbóż jarych przeznaczanych do siewu, w gospodarstwach indywidualnych gminy Goworowo. Stwierdzono, że jakość materiału siewnego zbóż jarych przeznaczanych do siewu przez rolników z gminy Goworowo nie jest zadowalająca, gdyż spośród 29 przebadanych prób ziarna 76% zostało zdyskwalifikowanych, a głównym powodem dyskwalifikacji były zanieczyszczenia nasionami gatunków roślin innych niż zboża.

At the paper made agriecological evaluations of sustainability of the agricultural production in 20 farms selecting from the area of the commune Zambrow, in charges of the animal cattle and mixed production. They conducted research in the form of directed interview with owners of farms. Analysis of households was differences in the degree of their balancing. Although accepted the majority of indicators included in the evaluation positive values, it only 12 from twenty inspected households it is possible to regard balanced since they only got positive values in all 5 inspected indicators resulting in the final result. Biggest problems appeared in case of indicators: cast of animals (LU/ha UAA ) and balance of the organic substance (t.d.m./ha arable land).

W opracowaniu dokonano agroekologicznej oceny zrównoważenia produkcji rolniczej w 20 wybranych gospodarstwach z terenu gminy Zambrów. Badania przeprowadzono w formie wywiadu kierowanego z właścicielami gospodarstw. Z kompleksowej oceny gospodarstw wynika, że gospodarstwa prowadzące oba kierunki produkcji wykazały się średnią zgodnością działań rolniczych z założeniami gospodarowania zrównoważonego. Spośród wskaźników największą zmiennością wyróżniało się saldo bilansu materii organicznej.
