The article considers the current model of functioning of the financial leasing market in the business of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Today by the analyzing of leasing activities identified some problems, insufficient budgetary funds to subsidize private leasing companies, caused by devaluation and other reasons. All this problems led to the unfavorable state of the machine and tractor fleet of agricultural machinery and the urgent need to update it. To solve this problem, need to look for more efficient ways of operating leasing in the current market conditions.

В статье рассмотрена действующая модель функционирования рынка финансового лизинга в предпринимательстве Республики Казахстан. На сегодняшний день по результатам анализа лизинговой деятельности выявлены проблемы фондирования, недостаточность бюджетных средств для субсидирования частных лизинговых компании, вызванные девальвацией и другими причинами. Все это привело к тому, что сложилось неблагоприятное состояние машинно-тракторного парка сельскохозяйственной техники и возникла острая необходимость его обновления. Для решения данной проблемы одним необходимо искать более эффективные пути функциони- рования лизинга в современных условиях рынка.
