Podstawowym celem artykułu jest analiza działalności innowacyjnej mikroprzedsiębiorstw. Realizacja niniejszego celu zdeterminowała strukturę tekstu. W części teoretycznej zostały zaprezentowane najważniejsze teorie związane z innowacyjnością jako atrybutem przedsiębiorczego funkcjonowania mikrofirmy. W szczególności dokonano analizy schumpeterowskiej koncepcji tworzenia innowacji jako zdolności przedsiębiorcy do dostrzeżenia i wykorzystania szans przedsiębiorczych. Powyższe rozważania stały się podstawą do zaprezentowania wyników własnych badań przeprowadzonych wśród 124 mikroprzedsiębiorców w 2014 r. w województwie zachodniopomorskim.

The main aim of this article is to analyze innovation among microenterprises. In the first part of article was presented the most important theories associated with innovation as an attribute of entrepreneurial company. Theoretical considerations were the basis for presenting the empirical part of the results of own research conducted among micro-enterprises in West Pomerania Region. The research was conducted among 124 micro-enterprises in 2014.

Podstawowym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zależności statystycznych dotyczących oddziaływania poszczególnych determinant na orientację przedsiębiorczą akademickich przedsiębiorstw spin off. W pierwszej części przedstawiono istotę uczelnianych firm spin off oraz zaprezentowano najważniejsze elementy orientacji przedsiębiorczej przedsiębiorstw. W drugiej części empirycznej dokonano analizy wyników badań dotyczących zależności statystycznych orientacji przedsiębiorczej uczelnianych firm. Badania zostały przeprowadzone wśród 141 akademickich podmiotów funkcjonujących w Polsce. Do ustalenia związków korelacyjnych wykorzystano test niezależności oraz dla istotnie statystycznych korelacji wskaźnik V-Cramera.

The main goal of this article is to present statistical correlations as regards the impact of certain determinants on entrepreneurial orientation of academic spin-off companies. The first part presents the definition of academic spin-offs and the most important elements of entrepreneurial orientation of such companies. The second, empirical, part reports the results regarding statistical correlations of entrepreneurial orientation of academic spin-offs. The research was conducted among 141 academic spin-offs. The test of independence and Cramér’s V coefficient were used to diagnose the correlation.

Entrepreneurship, connected with human attitudes is determined by several economic and non-economic factors. Considering the rural youth entrepreneurial activity, it should be noted that especially among the families of former employees of State Farms, the so-called "learned helplessness" definitely makes it more difficult and prevents the development of entrepreneurship. The main aim of this article is to analyze the rural youth state farm entrepreneurship. At the beginning the theory of entrepreneurship will be presented. Next, the results of research which was conducted in 2009 in West Pomerania will be described.

Przedsiębiorczość, która jest odzwierciedlona m.in. w postawach i cechach człowieka, tj. w jego kreatywności, dynamiczności, a także skłonności do działania, jest zdeterminowana przez szereg czynników o charakterze ekonomicznym i pozaekonomicznym. Mając na uwadze uwarunkowania procesu aktywności przedsiębiorczej młodzieży wiejskiej, należy zauważyć, iż zwłaszcza wśród rodzin byłych pracowników Państwowych Gospodarstw Rolnych tzw. wyuczona bezradność zdecydowanie utrudnia i hamuje rozwój "pierwiastka przedsiębiorczości" wśród społeczności lokalnej. Jednocześnie społeczność ta odczuwa potrzebę podejmowania wszelkich inicjatyw zmierzających do poprawy własnej sytuacji społeczno-materialnej. Celem niniejszego opracowania jest analiza postaw przedsiębiorczych młodzieży wsi popegeerowskiej. Na wstępie artykułu zostanie przedstawiona istota przedsiębiorczości. W dalszej kolejności będzie podjęta próba oceny potencjału przedsiębiorczego młodzieży wiejskiej na podstawie rezultatów własnych badań przeprowadzonych wśród analizowanej populacji w 2009 r. w województwie zachodniopomorskim.
