The study deals with the conservation of archeological findings on Wawel Hill in Cracow. The author reports on the discoveries of various architectural pre-Romanesque, Romanesque and Gothic monuments, made since 1895. He discusses the classification of restoration and the exhibition methods applied in the case of mediaeval architecture, listing seven basic preservation proceedings.
