Although geoengineering is a discipline emerged in the 1960s, it still needs to be explored. At its core, as a deliberate global activity, geoengineering is primarily intended to lead to controlled interference and manipulation of our planet's environment. In this article, the author has attempted to set in order views on modern climate geoengineering, while analyzing the theoretical and practical approaches to this issue.

Geoinżynieria, choć jest dziedziną, która powstała w latach 60. XX wieku, nadal wymaga dogłębnej eksploracji. W swoim podstawowym założeniu, jako celowe działanie globalne, geoinżynieria ma przede wszystkim prowadzić do kontrolowanej ingerencji i manipulacji w środowisko naszej planety. Autorka w artykule podjęła próbę uporządkowania poglądów na temat współczesnej geoinżynierii klimatu, z jednoczesną analizą teoretycznego i praktycznego podejścia do tej problematyki.
