Celem publikacji jest przedstawienie istoty eksperymentu procesowego z uwzględnieniem jego dwóch form w postaci doświadczenia i odtworzenia. Po wstępnej analizie przedmiotu eksperymentu, jego celów, przesłanek i zasad przeprowadzania, zostaje poddany krytyce podział eksperymentu na doświadczenie i odtworzenie z uwzględnieniem słownikowego znaczenia słów eksperyment, doświadczenie, odtworzenie. Autor zwraca uwagę na poglądy reprezentowane w literaturze co do form eksperymentu. Analiza treści art. 211 k.p.k. idzie w kierunku postawienia znaku równości pomiędzy eksperymentem a doświadczeniem z jednoczesnym odmówieniem takiego stosunku odtworzeniu.

Describing the being of procedural experiment including his two forms in the form of experiencing and reconstructing is an aim of the publication. After the preparatory analysis of the subject of experiment, his purposes, premises and principles of carrying, a division subjected to criticism of experiment into experience and reconstructing words including dictionary meaning are staying experiment, experience, reconstruction. The author is paying attention to the views represented in literature as for forms of experiment. Analysis of the plot is going the Art. of 211 Code of Penal Procedure towards putting of the equal sign between experiment, but experiencing with simultaneous refusing such a relationship reconstructing.
